1 Product Purchasing:

1.1 Procedures
- Choose your items and click "add to cart "
- Checkout to see the total amount payable
- Fill in the shipping information. This will ensure fast shipment of goods after receiving payment.
- Select payment mode.
International: Paypal
Singapore: Personal Check
- Place order and account details for making payment will be provided. The total amount shown includes the shipping & handling charges.
- Make ATM transfer or internet banking for total amount payable to POSB/UOB account
- Item will only be mailed once payment is received.

Please take note that orders are only confirmed after you click "Place order". You will receive a confirmation email regarding your order.

2 Postage Matters:

2.1 We will not be responsible for items lost in normal mail, hence registered mail is encouraged for all who opt for postage.

2.2 Quality check will be performed before the items are sent out. Fragile items will be bubble-wrapped.

2.3 Postage charges are dependent on the no. of items that you have purchased.

2.4 We regret to inform that we do not conduct meetups.
Packages will be dispatched via SingPost within 48 hours after payment is made. Local delivery will usually take another 2 working days max. Therefore your package will reach you less than 3 working days after payment is made.
Saturdays, Sundays and Singapore recognised public holidays are not considered working days.

2.5 Local (Singapore) postage charges

FREE for normal mail. Please add $2.20 for resgisted mail.

2.6 International postage charges
Postage charges for shipping to US-Mainland is as show in the item. Registered mail is provided free for purchase above USD$20. For purchase is less than USD $20, please pay an additional of USD$2 for registered mail.
For other countries, please contact me for further detail.

3 Payment Matters:

3.1 Local Transaction - Interbank transfers

Account details will be provided after you have placed order.
POSB/UOB transfer payment preferred.

For ibanking payment, please use your name/initials and indicate transaction reference nos.

3.2 International Transaction - Paypal

Please select Paypal as mode of payment during checking out
process. A confirmation from Paypal will be sent via email upon successful submission.

3.3 Payment for orders are to be made within 3 days after the order has been confirmed. (If the payment will be late, please kindly email us in advance)

4 Cancellation/Exchange/Refund

4.1 Cancellation, exchange or refund is not allowed once the order is being paid for.

4.2 Goods can only be exchanged if it is damaged or if you receive a different item ordered. You must then contact us by email within 3 working days from date of receipt of goods about your order.

4.3 We reserve the rights to cancel any order if payment is not made.

5 Confidentiality of Transactions

5.1 We will ensure confidentiality and privacy of all transactions and customers' particulars.

6 Indemnity

6.1 Products sold in our store are tested and sellable locally and overseas without any complaints of skin rejection. Therefore, we shall not be held responsible if customer has an allergic reaction to any of its contents.
